Interactive Installation (2007)
Artificial paradise is an interactive installation that invites the visitor to navigate through his own intimate perception of paradise.
By entering a soundless white cubic space (of 2 x 2 x 2m) he finds a big book in the middle. By opening the book, who functions as an interface, and discovering colored pages, he starts interacting with the space around him - each colored page triggers specific animation and sound. Programmed with processing and controlled by max and Arduino.
Artificial paradise was a research installation, made in collaboration with HILDE DE MIRANDA y ANNE TOVE ORKE under the tutorship of Federico Joselevich, Carlos Gomez, Zach Lieberman, Oriol Ferrer and Nuria Diaz as part of the Interactive Design Media Master and presented in ELISAVA, Escola Superior de Disseny on various occasions.
